Depends on the generation and the class.
Some older generation, lower class people tend to drink this toxic concoction called frappe made from the worst beans possible.
And they can drink like four to five glasses per day between smoking two packs of cigarettes.

I used to drink lots of frappe as well but now I drink a cup in the morning if I have time or a cup of Greek coffee (in reality Arabic but we renamed it) and that's it.
I think that coffee and chocolate in reasonable amounts can be even beneficial but I'm no doctor so whatever.
It doesn't affect me badly, just makes me feels better and helps with migraines.
