I moved to the remote woods
I spend most of my free time, reading, writing, gardening, weight-lifting, bird watching, hiking... and so forth
Get out of the city/town and slow down time by only using technology during a certain window of your day. You'll get bored, time will go by very slowly, and you'll find "boring" things to do that will eventually make you excited to do them.
TLDR: You're relatively red-pilled and your dopamine receptors are fried. Get back to nature, severely limit your tech use, or if you really want, go completely anti-tech. Thank me later.
