The first set on lat pulldowns tired my lats out too much fr. I think I'll opt for something else instead of unilateral plate loaded pulldowns in the upcoming sessions, maybe some comfy cross body unilateral lat pulldowns. Arrived a bit late to the gym so I had to choose between low rows and isometrics, so I skipped low rows.
Also, when some days ago I told you niggas that I lost half a kg of weight, about that... turns out the scale mismeasured as I actually gained 0,4 kg. The current number was given to me by an inbody machine, and even if I'm completely sure it mismeasures body composition and it's shite and not worth the price, it at least measure weight correctly.
