I was 183 cm tall when it started, and I was 183 cm tall when I became healthy again. After I started going to the gym last Summer though, I probably improved my posture as now I'm 185 cm short.

My English skills probably peaked when I left high school. Got my C1 two years earlier at the age of 16. Since then it has just gotten worse and worse. Tbf I did dabble a bit into portuguese when I was staying at home as I already had studied spanish and I had nothing better to do.
I really regret just gayming and laying in bed and not at least using all that free time to learn something. I was really fucking depressed, so I know I can't be angry at myself for not studying things back then.
