1x0 (failed attempt), 1x1 83,75 kgs (new pr), 1x1 80 kgs plate loaded unilateral lat pulldown (was expected that I'd be able to add 1,25 kgs given how I have been spamming another form of lat pulldown lately instead of this one)
1x3 42,5 kgs, 1x7 35 kgs unilateral cable lat pulldowns (honestly should have just skipped these as my lats were already btfo'd by that 1rm pr)
2x10 80 kgs, 82,5 kgs, 3x6 85 kgs leg curls
3x6 90 kgs machine rows (technically new pr, but I really rarely use this machine as it sucks ass, has been at least 2 months probably since the last time, should be able to full stack it in another 2 months tops if not less, maybe I just need to adjust my form on it a bit and it could take only a week or two, who knows)
3x7 50 kgs unilateral leg extensions (also new pr technically as I have not done unilaterals in a while, but given how I can lift 115 kgs for 4 reps, it was expected I could go from 45 to 50 kgs compared to the last time)
4x7 125 kgs calves
3x8 55 kgs cable low rows (piece of shit equipment)
2x2 kilomeme jog
While again the cable low row machine is a piece of shit, what is shocking to me is that people pull the damn weight by singing back and forth instead of keeping and upright posture and pulling with the back.
