Olympic lifting had snatch, clean and jerk and clean and press, and clean and press got removed.

Incline bench and db ohp both strength the front delts, so I should be able to ohp more ig. That's 12 sets that secondarly target, and 6 sets that primarily target the front delt per week. Side delts are probably stronger than they should be so that's not a limiting factor ig.

24 kgs db 3 reps after already btfo'ing my front delts with 6 sets of incline db bench. No idea how much I could ohp if it were my 1st set. Based on past experiences, if I opted for flat bench instead of incline I think the number would be 26 kgs 4-5 reps tops.

That's what I do with the dumbbells. With the barbell, I tend to clean it instead of putting it straight on my collarbone from the rack, then after I let it rest on my collarbone I press from there without any leg drive.
