do you think ceos care about your fucking imaginary underage catgirl slop?
most corporate models are trained for coding and academic/business analysis because that's where the money's at
at most they'll log your ip and stupid erp as it joins the growing massive pyre of billions of other prompts with even more cringe shit slop questions like 'does god exist' or whatever normies think their llm gods can answer

'better' depends on your roleplaying needs
if you have access to a proxy or keys, then the answer is a resounding yes, because corporate models are generally smarter and need less wrangling and setting up, work with more context, can access online data, can do retarded autistic shit like outputting code mid rp, etc.
if you're dedicated, though, local models can be quite good as i stated as long as you tolerate slop from time to time, summarize aggressively, prompt with dedication, and keep expectations grounded
in the end it's a matter of effort: are you more willing to
a. put in the work to get keys/get into a proxy,
b. deal with local model shenanigans, or
c. buy a key like a good retarded paypig goy?
