Almost fell down the stairs as I was leaving the gym. Twice. Autismbros... we're back...
Today's gymcel sesh
1x3 47,5 kgs unilateral lat pulldown
1x3 45 kgs, 1x7 40 kgs unilateral cross body lat pulldown (almost added a 4th rep at 45 kgs, would love to finally hit 4 reps desu, it's been like a month since I'm doing 3 reps on it)
3x4 42,5 kgs db rows (new weight pr, but I sacrificed a rep so technically no progress was made)
3x7 62,5 kgs unilateral plate loaded low rows
3x50 10 kgs bb curls
3x30 3 kgs db upright rotations (for the rotator cuffs)
Some time ago I was already feeling discomfort on the short head by the time I reached the 10th rep on upright rotations. Now I felt no discomfort at all even on the 30th rep except the muscle burning which is expected in high rep ranges. I'll take that as a sign of improvement.
