Either the damage matters or it doesn't. If it doesn't matter, I don't care. If it does matter then making it fucking random won't make me less likely to retaliate.
If you don't know what target priority is, don't fucking do the damage, or just man the fuck up and look someone in the eye when you do it.

Above all else, if someone else is about to fucking win on their turn don't fucking do damage to ME based on a fucking dice roll.
