Look, a Marvel IP colliding with literal copy pasted OW1 design as a winning formula to take advantage of Blizzards fuck up is going to have some collateral in terms of design choices to squeeze in popular heroes VS a blueprint hero to make them balanced. They'll have more flexibility for new heroes like Ultron once they don't need to copy and paste to get a stable player base.
