exactly, if the original versions were preserved and easily accessible everything would be fine. As it stand though, remasters be it movies, music or games are usually proclaimed to be the definitive version of the work. This is especially egregious when it comes to the blueballs remakes because these remakes mean we will never get proper restorations of the original games.
Demon's Souls the original fromsoft version is now forever stuck on the ps3 and considered by the caretakers to be a version not worth playing by anyone ever again.
