No, because the massive success of the attitude era was due to desperation on McMahon's part coupled with talent like HHH and Shawn understanding the zeitgeist and writers like Russo who were more interested in entertaining the audience than play pretending wrestling is real. Add in that wrestling was still an industry mostly full of retarded carnies willing to obliterate themselves for retards in the audience you had a perfect storm.
