The summary is:
This is done with ComfyUI.
You can drag and drop the .json file for someone else's workflow into ComfyUI and it'll auto generate their whole workflow. You download the needed model files, put them into the folders. You pick your image and models, and let it rip.

That workflow has some stuff about Sage Attention and Model Patch which I disabled cause I didn't want to look into it further.
