They probably do, just not nearly to the extent marines do. For comparison the 40k version has marines at like 25%, chaos marines at around 22%, and then it drops off a cliff with the next best at around 5 or 6. Oh, and that's just people's primary factions, the 40k had another bar representing just general ownership with marines at 60% lol.
