The one thing I absolutely hate from Zero more than any other game is that the title alone is an effective clickbait. One would think this be about James McCloud or some sort of prequel to the 64 game (even though the cover was already a spoiler that it wasn't going to be the case). Then if you ignore that then you say "Ok, a new adventure for the Star Fox team got it" and it's just the 64 game again now with shitty controls. Even with Adventures, Assault and Command I have my criticism of them (especially Command) but there are things I got to love from playing them both from story and gameplay as well. Zero was just replaying one of my favorite games in the shittiest version. Especially when I already did with the 3DS port for fuck's sake.
