I was using Chaos Warriors before these changes, im used to suboptimal choices.
That said, for Chaos Knights now gaining counter charge, its actually even stronger for them as barring a huge F Up on the charge, they're almost always getting the bonus.
Marauders aren't so bad as they got warband but you need to be super careful of positioning now. Warriors TECHNICALLY can use it. 3+ armour saves and 10 attacks if charged. Not bad. If they take the charge, if they win, then it kicks in. Also if they get the charge, in the 2 rank fighting, its gained more value if the charge hits.

I am but, hear me out. Defensively, infantry now have an advantage. 10 attacks default, maybe 4-7 retaliating will shred the charging unit bad. The charging unit of infantry will get 5-7 attacks, max.
Chaos Warriors, if they charge, can get potentially 11-14 attacks if the rank is wide enough. With the 3+ save as well and if they win, they can meat grind down infantry blocks better than normal warriors with 1 attack.
