More offensive blocking, maybe? Like character passive is replacing the parry action on shields with a more aggressive charging shield slam that works on parryable attacks but also does big stagger if you parry big stuff. Straight Sword + Medium/Light shield custom moveset that replaces L1 with a an attack string with guard points built in like the pair Sword and Shield weapons.
No idea on skill/ult, could just do some generic Captain America shit and throw the shield for the skill but that seems rather uninspired.
