I also went through this. You're using the scarlett as your output, so you should be listening through headphones plugge dinbto the scarlett. If you are already using headphones, mess with the input/output on your windows sound settings. Hope you get it sorted, this shit is frustrating when all you wanna do is record ideas. Pic unrelated.
