I have been a coomer for as long as I can remember and im dedicated to quitting porn and therefore doing nofap for an extended amount of time to achieve it.

Im 5 days in and noticing music sounds better lately. Early symptom of success. Hopefully everything becomes easier and more pleasurable in life post-porn.
