Pretty much every Jew in Rome was slaughtered from 70 - 136 AD. From then on, Jews scattered into a diaspora with pocket communities popping up in Egypt, Africa and Europe. During this time, the religion it was slowly bastardized over time by Gnostics and false rabbis. Since then, "Jews" have been exiled or genocided from 109 different nations in history.
Yet somehow, the same group today that calls themselves "Jews" has managed to maintain blood ties to the same group that has been slaughtered several times over throughout history, and has certainly not made any major belief changes to their core theology in that time.
