I desperately wish I could have a thrice-weekly 4 hour gaming session from 7 PM to 11 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a party of four: A Cleric, a Fighter, a Rogue, and a Wizard. That gives me Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights to prep, with especially big capstone events getting to take advantage of Saturday as well.
