Tried removing the bikini photo(maybe because it was tripping some oversensitive lewd filter, which did not seem to be the case), paraphrasing prompt, adding "cosplay resembling/reminds of x" rather than "cosplaying as x", tried removing character photo.
No dice.
I am getting rejections for different people too so not an isolated case.
Sora is kinda fucked for me now I might try some more stuff later but I am not very hopeful.
