At times like these subtitles can guide your way.
Is what I would say if more than two spinoff titles had them.
I can only assume Gran-These is related to Ex-These even though the former has 3D action combat while the latter is 2D top down. Going by what happens in the story, and the fact the protagonists are totally different, I don't really see how Gran-These can be a continuation unless Gran-These takes place in the exact same area which would be weird.
Going by release date, it's:
>Craftsword Monogatari Hajimari no Ishi
>Ex-These Yoake no Tsubasa
>Twin Age
>Tears Crown
>Gran-These (no subtitle lol)
And Twin Age is also an action RPG but I guess it doesn't count because it takes place in Runeheim like I mentioned before.
Also this isn't even getting into how apparently all Flight-Plan games might be related because characters from fucking Dragon Shadow Spell appear at the grand finale of the U:X books.
Byakuya from Ex-These even appear in Summon Night 4 but this at least makes sense.
So basically yeah it's best to treat everything as standalone. No one knew about the OG series going into Swordcraft Story and they didn't need to, as an example.
