first 45 minutes are entertaining but with ingenuous and out of place things, but it's okay. It has nice moments that get you on the edge of the seat and are tense.

Then on the middle of the movie, the kid gets her sick mother to a doctor by himself. He almost died with his father but somehow he's now capable of killing 50 zombies with one-shots. He and his mother get to the doctor, the doctor drugs the kid and kills her mother, the gives the kid her cranium. Funny thing, the doctor is "a good guy", and they show you all the sequence like if it was emotional and deep. It was comptletely out out of place.

Before that there was a pregnant zombie lady and she gives birth to a baby, but the baby is not a zombie. The kid gets the baby to the base, and then he goes solo in his adventures at 12 years old.

TITLE: "28 days later...". The kid is now surviving in the forest for almost a month, alone, eating fish and killing zombies. All of a sudden a group of jimmy saville look alikes show up doing backflips power ranger style, and killing zombies viciously while laughing. The leader literally looks live Saville, looks at the kid and tells him if he wants to join the group.

The ending felt like if I was watching a different movie.
