I genuinely tried to find any setting in AOS industry and found it all incredibly boring. Magic to the point of mundanity.
It's less that 'brown sloppa = good' and more 'magic and fantastical shit needs grounded and realistic elements to contrast with'.
AOS feels like two degrees away from candyland for me, with chocolate rivers and candy cane forests.
