Not really, but cygays also know what they're doing with the sprinkles of bait here and there across the different anime and game event stories while also having a ton of uma training stories have the uma be for (You) with the majority of players being male (though of course there's plenty of self-insert female trainer x uma fanart as well). Cygays wants to pander to multiple demographics and it's working as seen by the wide variety of fan content and engagement.
