This thing just has the right amounts of real life cool concepts with an absurd amount of straight up crazy. Honestly didn't even know about this thing as a kid, but after getting a PoC re-release version, it's easily one of my favorite Cobra vehicles. My only gripe about it is the same gripe I have with almost every Joe vehicle, and that's the open, unprotected turret. But the rest of this thing is just a fun, beastly little tank car thing that's literally the designers throwing everything they can at a wall and seeing what sticks.
