your crankcase wont have positive pressure issues, but you'll likely have oil condensation issues. the pcv system has a breather before the throttle plate and pulls fresh air through a breather in front of the throttle plate which sucks out any condensation as it boils off. if you get rid of the pcv the air in the crankcase will be stagnant and it wont clear out all the moisture as its running.
