Yeah you get 9870 carats on account creation, which I did last night. You can immediately make a password for 1000 carats so 10870, which should be 70 rolls. I have an account that I rerolled the two free SSR tickets until I got an FM and it already has almost 14k carats just from daily rewards, so if my main can't hit 3 in 200 then im gonna try it, and if neither can get 3 its off to the reroll mines
