FSR4 seems to be finally at parity with DLSS in terms of quality. I'm pretty sure that FSR4 will be usable on NV (and in theory, newer Intel cards too) cards just as FSR3.x has been, but we'll just need to see the FidelityFX SDK updated to FSR4 and similar components. AMD to their credit makes the whole thing open source, usually a few months after the launch of hardware that supports it with preliminary support baked into the drivers (at least on Windows). However when the point releases come and the full FOSS SDK shows up, that's when the major implementations come, generally. I'm also interested to see when the "Redstone" update will come later this year, which is more like FSR4.5 and brings ML accelerated versions of multi-framegen and other features, parity with some of the DLSS features that are currently locked to NV 5000 series cards.
