Reijo is a super niche support that buffs Poison and Chill DoT who is only useful in Chokmah right now.
Mina's normal skill scales on the number of debuffs applied and she does Atk% debuff on her Ex. Sounds like a good raid unit on paper but nobody seems to mention her ever.
