Hanako Eleph (Neru spooked on Hanako's rateup and a Hanako dupe spooked on Rio's rateup). Am I pretty much set if I just spark Rio now? I was seeing people talking about the target being to save 400 rather than 200, is that to spark 100 Eleph for one of the three? Is it feasible to save another 200 rolls by the end of bluefes if I've still only cleared up to halfway through chapter 2 of the story, haven't finished the current time limited event and haven't touched any old events or momotalks?

The basic point of Mina is to do content that's above your weight limit. She lowers the damage of bosses by a lot, so she's useful for many torments where you can't build the meta comp. Kinda like Hifumi in that sense.

Looking at the anniversary characters, I got Wakamo, Mika, Hanako, Neru and a bunch of Rios. The only character that can't get any rateups anymore and I don't already have is S.Hoshino. i'm so glad for these spooks, i'm sure I'll get Bikini Uhee on mh pursuit for the rest. Marina&Meru are essential dps for final restriction raid, but most people just borrow them since they need to be very strong
Nodoka is just an aoe healer
Hanako is the strongest student in the game whose attack covers almost the whole screen and can be used repeatedly
Mine is difficult to use, but a very strong tank in several raids because she can move wherever she wants and debuffs enemies around her
Natsu can both dispel and heal herself, very useful at certain points
Chinatsu increases attack speed, best combined with students focused on autoattacks instead of EX damage.
Eimi gives a shield and moves all your students to wherever you want. Essential in many types of content.
Rio allows you to use any striker skill again. If you need more healing, you can copy a healer. If you need more aoe, copy aoe skill, etc.
Pajama Yuuka destroys the armor of red bosses. Useful for the current boss.
Swimsuit Fubuki penetrates shielded opponents. Also useful for the current boss.
Miyako is a tank who stuns the enemy and has sex with you on a deserted island.

Nah, I kept my expectations low. I've had several 200-pulls where the ones that did spook me are farmable, like Shiroko, for example.
That said, getting Satsuki was a pleasant surprise, especially after learning that she would be super useful in the current Total Assault. I also got Saki, which finally completes my Rabbit Squad.
