Just dig through your Housamo files on the phone you played it on, copy the file to MEGA or some other file sharing site you have access to, and then download it and put it inside the files of Housamo on the new phone you have it installed on.

I had to do the same about 4 years ago and it was easy and stress-free and now my husbands are in HQ thanks to the modern phone I have now haha.
