I make very bitchy Elves. If femboys are worth the effort, then I make princely 5'5 twinklads with resting bitch faces. If they're not (as is the case with Skyrim) I make bitchy Elven women instead.
They're bitches, and they use magic. The femboys tend to be softer and fall for guys. The women are just bitches.
Dunmer scars and tattoos are cool, so I like to incorporate them. Ditto for piercings.
