I agree with everything besides the ram and water cooling there is nothing wrong with being at a sustained 70-85 degrees for sustained activity that's normal for a ton of modern games and even then you can do a undervolt on a 5090 lose no performance draw under 500w and not see anything over 70 degrees.
64 gb of ram is also the top end for most usecases.

What models are taxing the 4090 to that degree in the world of image gen?
I have a 5090 but with my 16gb 3080 laptop I just accepted gens will take longer but it was able to work with most models offloading to 64gb of system ram
