Does anybody know where I can find the devkit/resources for TBSE? I want the actual .psd files so I can mess with the diffuse (I want the body hair color to NOT match a character's hair color) but I cannot find the files for the life of me. Even on uploads of TBSE that say they include the devkit, it just seems to be the .pmp.
