It's mot a man's job to save you from lacking assertiveness unless you have an actual mental disorder and even that is debatable. Most of the time in that situation the woman needs to woman up, call it practice for when another man can't help you. The only absolute exception I can think of is the aggresive man posing a threat, like having some history of abuse or anger issues.

You do'nt have what it takes. You have to turn your disdain for the 'unfairness' of the situation and for others inwards. Because jealousy is an emotion you can turn off by consistency acknowledging YOU are the root of the problem. Doing nothing, SITTING with your pain, is more painful than anything you think you are suffering right now. If you won't do that then keep on being jealous and suffering, like you want to. There are no shortcuts.
