Does a tank/dps/healer setup matter at all in the game? I was running triple DPS until the mines, where I went Shikari, Knight and White Mage and since then the game has been very easy, even with limited gambits. Now that I have a full roster, are there any hidden stats or passives I should be aware of, or will I be fine making any character any class?
