Ignore the apps faggy recommendations but is this a sustainable omad? 450g of 5% mince, 5 baby potatoes, and some wheat cereal. I have other meals for other days, mostly chicken, but I'm curious if this is decent for once or twice a week? I drink plenty of water, lift 3 times a week, and get my steps. gonna buy a heavy bag and gloves soon for cardio as well. I'm basically wondering if I'm not eating enough for this amount of exercise? I don't feel nearly as hungry as I did with a fat fuck diet
