Duncan's range has Cuirass Leather which is very nice. It's runny but covers really well and the shade is beautiful imo

These lizards lend themselves really well to contrasts but it's not like you HAVE to use them. You can just do the standard base-wash-drybrush on dudes that have scales and just regular layering on stuff like Skinks. On this here dude I started from temple guard blue and worked up to baharroth blue for highlights and down to stegadon scale green for shadows. Grey stone is pretty straightforward as well, basecoat with medium grey, put a black wash/thinned down black paint into the recesses and drybrush with brighter greys of your choice. Starseer is a really nice kit btw, I had a lot of fun painting it and I'm sure you will too.
