The short answer is: yes.

A longer but still brief answer is: for people who didn't convert into Judaism, or are other weirdos self-identifying as Jews with no Jewish lineage; the genetic, archaeological, and historical evidence generally supports that the Jews of today are descended from the Roman Judaens, who themselves claimed descent from the Israelites of the Torah. Because most of the converts to Judaism are marrying a Jew and having Jewish kids, they're as Jewish as anyone else and their kids will share our genetic markers as well. There also exist non-Jews who descended from the same Roman Judaeans, including but not limited to modern-day Palestinians.
