Sonic lives in a whimsical world where he's superabled to do whatever he wants, he's like a Peter Pan, he lives his days with no responsability.

One thing that sets him apart from Peter Pan is the fact that he has a good heart, sure he'd be annoyed by hardship but he won't give up and work hard if he's pursuing something he really wants, that's how he is.

That is just not true at all... Sonic just will not lose hope no matter what, he's not real at his core. He can be challenged, but he'll never give up. He's meant to be inspiring.
