Agree, but I'd say the same thing with the Roman Patriarch to different degrees. Papal infallibility and the immaculate conception are less than 200 years old for instance, VERY new ideas.
But again I agree with your overall statement. They even went so far as to remove books from the Biblical canon (that the Church gave to them). Imagine Christians for 1500 years reading these books as the Word of God, and the protestants who are all about the "Word of God" come along and tell the previous 1500 years of Christians they were wrong. Very prideful mindest.

Roman Catholicism is not the Church and they are not real Christians. They profess Christ to whichever degree they separately and intellectually think is the truth, but this is irrelevant to the reality of what God's definition of a Christian is. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, the Church is His Body, and He has one Head and one Body and one Faith (Saint Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians Chapter 4 verses 4-6)
The Truth is absolute, and therefore the truth cannot abide in contradictions, let alone in contradicting bodies with contradiction doctrines. There is One Church and it is not the one that split from the Undivided Church according to the Pope's innovations in and around 1014 with the Filioque, temporal authority, and claim to universal power.

Roman Catholics can't come into any space and make arguments, as if their reputation doesn't precede them. Argument becomes worthless if everyone sees you as a hypocrite, listening to catholic radio and hearing one thing but reading in the news another, then going to an actual roman catholic mass and experiencing extreme dissonance between what they hear the "top" roman catholics say.
For us, you're just not living in the reality of the first millennium. Picrelated.
