Normally an intelligent system could check if your are a danger to society.

The system would ask itself... Why is this retarded french pedophile checking if he is banned.

It would be an automatic red flag.

But maybe it's a subtle way to promote dissidence.

I don't get why we are able to check if we are banned or not.
