Shatae and the Pirate's Curse is decent, and that one is allegedly the best one in the series, make your own conclusions from there

Klonoa is good, the 2nd game in particular aged well, the problem is that the original game, that one with a gut wrenching story, i dont think has ever received a faithful remake

theres the Wii remake, which sucks, and the Phantasy Reverie series which sucks less, but has the problem of very rigid character models that ruin very important scenes from the game

also the PR version uses the same bitcrushed audio from the PS1 version, and that shit is still better than the Wii audio

i wish PR had simply remastered the original PS1 version, but it is what it is
