it's a decentralized proxy network that continuously searches for free proxy servers over the world for use, if one ip gets banned you can just roll for another one, so far it's been very resilient. downside is that posting on popular boards (like /v/ and /pol/) can be quite slow due to waiting, but /lgbt/ is pretty fast as i test it.
