I do try for 90 degrees, but i do it with shoulders on bed, so it's not ideally straight position when i lift butt. Maybe i should really invest into bench or gym ...
Spreading legs even a bit makes my knees crack with sound, even if it's "ok" kinda scary do it ~~~
On the topic of exercises at home. There is nothing i can do about hitting a wall even with resistance band in exercises like clamshell etc?
Gym feels kinda pricey but also kinda scary for me to go and do butt only exercises. I reached 76kg barbell in hip thrust at home but feel like even there i have to go gym
