I do hope sometime later, maybe in 2.6 or maybe even in the upcoming MSQ preview (I forgot what it's called), we''ll get to see some Rover introspection, see him mulling over what happened, have a little self-doubt over what he did and what could have done for Phrolova, and in the end, question the validity of the whole memory-wipe thing. Him breaking her promise withh Phrolova and her joining the Fractsidus was probably an unfortunate consequence of the memory wipe, and it does beg the question, how may promises has Rover forgotten/broken with the memory-wipe?
