First two Antonioni films?
Nothing is happening in L'Avventura, don't even kid yourself. That's literally his style. Relationship and silent melancholy oozing from every character trying to convey whatever modernist (at the time) bullshit Antonioni cared about. The inherent difference between his movies is how coherently the character actions are laid out.
