Generally I find TD and SGB to be the cheapest even with paying with credit or without a TD account. Never ordered from PMX because they're usually expensive but I have bough coins from their numismatic site. I buy from colonial acres a lot mainly because of their sales but it depends what you get there. I have bought on junk silver under spot and some bullion for less than TDs prices. Normally I just shop around and buy from whoever's the cheapest for what I want because prices seem to vary a lot between sellers
